Great levels of advice Jamie and matrix. Find these so interesting and use them when I get to go out. I make my own commercial pole floats and the uses helps my designs and materials. Great content!

what a great idea , sharing a day with any of them would be brilliant , they could show us how to get the best from the matrix gear we buy !

Another excellent video... In another vid, Jamie said he didn't like 'bendy' wire stemmed floats.. Do you know why? To me wire stemmed floats are so easy to bend out of shape, they seem the perfect option?

simple beginners question, when you back shot a rig is the wieght of the shot counted into the overall weight to set the float properly
@topfuelteddy4 жыл бұрын
Sometimes is , but more often isn't so your rig is overshotted and you have to hold the shot out of the water making more direct to the float .

A great explanational video Jamie, I didn't notice what you had on the other rig's but your bulk rig had normal shot, do you always use them? I like to use shot on the river but prefer cube's /style type weight as the drop really slows down and they don't tend to ping off, I will use 13's or 14's on the canal but they just don't seem to be as good as they used to be, IE very hard or poor central cuts

Like all top sportsmen and women, percentages or even fractions of a percent, can mean the difference between winning and coming second. saying that, I'm more in the bodge it and that'll do clan! :-D (I don't match fish)
