I like what you did here, but just as a tip, when filling the small shot glasses with the rice pudding (or anything else), just get a pack of disposable piping bags (on Amazon, at Party City or even Walmart). Fill it up 2/3 of the way and cut the tip. Then you can just squeeze it into each shot glass and there you go! It's a faster and cleaner method to filling a bunch of mini dessert cups. Plus you just drop the bag when you're done!

Depending on when it is just start buying things slowly. And buy things that you could use for multiple occasions. For example the little star glass bowls I used them for this and then I also used them yesterday for 4th of July!
