That zoho prefilled email address seemed to have the lookup icon on it when in the client view, or am I missing something. Also, have you looked into API calls, as a way to update the form?

Thank you. very informative. we have situations where we might not want to email the client a form but have a salesperson fill in a prefilled form. Assuming we are also using the email field, I would create a button opening a URL to the form which works if we manually input the email address in the email link field. how would we automate that so that we don't have to manually input the email address?

The information was very helpful. Thanks. I saw the comment from MIXXIT regards the number of field updates per form. I'm assuming that this use case is not for orders and more for updating records. I'm sending out an email to all my leads and contacts to help me with the segmentation for EDM's 10 fields might be pushing the limit. I'm thinking a work-around might be get their overall details and then based on their response set up another form to drill down into that area. I'll play with it. I've been scouring You Tube and Zoho for this info for months so thanks thanks and a big thanks

Im still learning about it, but I'm thinking API calls that reach into your CRM. Emails are always unique. It would be a good idea to pair it with a second unique field to verify that the user hasn't mistakenly typed something wrong and then snag another person's info. It's also recommended to use an alias for URLs, but basically, it looks like you use a On.input command/button invoke URL /Post/pre-configured connection.... it's a lit but looks like it could be seemless.

Unfortunately the limits of the number of fields authorized from the CRM subforms are quickly reached. We tried a form allowing customers to communicate their order information, but the limit of the number of fields per module makes it impossible to use it (10 fields I believe). Do you have any alternatives ??
