Zoho CRM Leads: An Overview

Hello, i got a question, what if my lead section is empty , but my contact section is full..with my leads, that indicates a problem? or theres no issue if i keep them in contacts and edit their status there? , ty in advance

Hi! Can you create a sales pipeline in zoho crm (say my funnel has 5 stages), timestamp when a MQL converts to SAL/SQL etc until a deal is either closed or lost. Each lead should have an estimated $ amount for the deal in play and a probability of closing by stage in the funnel? That way I could see get a probability weighted sales funnel + generate conversion stats from top to bottom of the sales funnel. I know that salesforce can do that, not sure about zoho crm. Thank you!
