I visited Tokyo Disney Sea while I was in Japan last year. Absolutely amazing. Probably my favorite theme park now, there's just something about the atmosphere there thats unmatched at any other park for me.

Funny thing, I just visited the park last year when I went japan! Gotta say though, it still amazed me with all it had to offer even though I've seen many videos on the two tokyo parks. Journey to the center of the earth is now one of my most favorite rides. Thank you for helping to share the wonders of these parks.

3:49 - "Due in part to..." The bigger determining factor was the California Coastal Commission and ridiculous demands and regulations that couldn't be met. Members of the City Council wanted this project a lot, but it wasn't a few outspoken businesses or citizens that did this in, it was over-regulation. ( Source - Jim Korkis "Disney Never Lands: Things Disney Never Made" ) Aside from legit Disney historians, you never see this reality mentioned.

Tokyo DisneySea is the best theme I've ever visited, it's absolutely incredible! Sinbad's Storybook Voyage has become my favourite ride of all time, and I find myself listening to the song every week or so, it's just so perfect. Comparing Tokyo Disney Resort's second park to my "local" Disney resort's second park (Disneyland Paris' "Walt Disney Studios), it's staggering how much better Tokyo DisneySea is.

No shade at all, they way I see it, its only constructive criticism. I'm probably to start speeding up the speech in future videos, problem is when I speak faster I don't enunciate as well and we've gotten comments about it. Still need to figure out the right balance so we're not as slow as a turtle but not so fast people have to rewind to figure out what we said.

Actually Eisner had a number of different ideas for theme parks one was Disney’s America which was supposed to go near Washington DC, another was an Epcot rip called westcot which never panned out, the queen mary park went under a few names but the port Disney name was supposed to be it. Disney’s America went back to the drawing board and some tech is being used currently in various rides, westcot never happened due to money but it was retooled into new rides for Epcot, Port Disney dropped due to the state of California not wanting it instead the whole idea became the American waterfront at Tokyo Disneysea and the California adventure park.
