35:00 Sir locke's state of nature is pre political. Because in Locke's state of nature society exist, where people were good and living in cooperation guided by natural law (social). But there are concerns of interpretation, implementation and adjudication of laws (Pre political).

Dear sir with due respect , Answer to the question "lockes view on human nature " should be pre political and social , but that is not mentioned in any option , hence the answer should be option b I,e prepolitical , Reason : if man in state of nature was both political and social , then what is purpose of social contract for Locke

Oh this question always creates confusion ...main point is that Locke didn't considered 'state of nature' as pre-political and pre-social....it is merely absence of any supreme political authority which may adjudicate among differing people.

1:08:30 Sir, here also, I think the correct answer is option C. Simple Technique to understand this is that, Courage comes in between the Wisdom and Temperance as this is related to soldier class. Whereas, Justice is the virtue of the state and not any class of people. According to Plato, if the three virtues - Wisdom, Courage and Temperance are followed by three different classes only then the fourth virtue that is Justice will be generated. That mean the state will be a just state. Please let me know your view on it. I am a big admirer of your class.
