ھمارے بھی نمک پہلے نہیں ڈالتے۔۔۔۔ کبھی کڑھی میں سادہ پھلکیاں جس میں صرف نمک مرچ ھوتا ھے ۔کبھی تمام چیزیں ڈال کر میں کڑھی بناتی ھوں ۔۔۔۔ ایک ٹپ میں بھی دیتی ھوں ۔اگر پکوڑوں کے بیٹر میں پیاز بعد میں ڈالی جائے تو بیسن پتلا نہیں ھوگا ۔۔۔۔پیاز پانی چھوڑتی ھے ۔۔۔ اور تمام پکوڑے بناکر ٹھنڈے ڈالیے گرم گرم ڈالنے سے پکوڑے پتھر ھوجائیں گے ۔۔۔ سوڈا ڈالے بناء ہی پکوڑے نرم پھولے ھوئے بنتے ھیں ۔۔۔بیسن کو میں زیادہ پھینٹتی بھی نہیں ۔۔۔۔بیسن اچھا والا استعمال کرتی ھوں پکوڑے اچھے بنتے ھیں ۔۔۔
