Since at the age of 17 (now 25) I have suffered Ibs. All the doctors I have been to all told me either there is nothing WRONG with me or just avoid the foods that bothered me. Everything bothered me, even drinking water game indigestion, so couldn't eat anything. somedays I didn't eat for the whole day. Because my stomach was hurting so much I couldn't go to school or go out with my friends, ( dropped out of university). I had no energy to get out of bed, joints hurt, no motivation. I love working out (very much into Crossfit/bodybuilding) but had no energy because I could not eat anything and was really underweight. I found this video a couple of days ago and oh man. I had listened to it the previous night and woke up feeling so different. all of the symptoms I had all gone. I woke up feeling amazing. For the first in a long time, I had breakfast without feeling like actually dying or wishing I had. Ate like a madman for the rest of the day. All the food I used to avoid cakes, ice-cream, chocolate, I can have them. To someone who has never experience Ibs, it's difficult to imagine what's like to live with it, difficulty going to the toilet, fatigue, lack motivation, brain fog literary could not think, depression, mood swings. For the first time in my in a long time, I feel like my self. I feel there is the hope of getting my life back. I have only cried 2 times in my whole life, when my mother passed away when father had a heart attack and now I feel like I am about to cry as I am writing this. How this is this possible, could someone really explain it to me? could have written it better perhaps, but I am working on becoming more efficient at writing and better articulating my self. I am thinking about taking creative writing courses. whoever is reading this MAY YOU FIND WHATEVER YOU'RE SEEKING FOR ( HEALTH/WEALTH/LOVE/PEACE 🙏

I think that the answer might be that listening to these healing sounds has helped to release your emotional suffering. I think that there are emotions - feelings that you were holding in your body-mind-heart - perhaps loss around your parents..and other things as well..the body holds emotions-feelings within..if we don't feel them or feel & release them, we can become sick, stuck, etc..The Solar Plexus has to do with our self. Our confidence or lack of it. Our sense of self both related to others & separate from others. It seems that this healing music has helped you to perhaps let go of the grief you felt in losing your parents & whatever else you were holding on to about them, helping you then move on to your own life, body, self & future..healing sounds,music have the power to help us transform at a deep level...to feel..to let go...good luck to you!

@@elisabethannwexler4728 My god Elisabeth I am amazed and shocked at how insightful and accurate you are about my situation. I have lost a parent (mum) when I was about 9 years old, I was very closed to her. Due to certain circumstances my siblings and I had to pretty much raise each other (I have 2 older sisters). You mourn the losses and life goes on you assume but as an adult, I never explored how much it really has affected not just me but my sisters as well cause we had to mature really fast. I have suffered a range of issues from low-self esteem, social anxiety, body dysmorphia etc, that I am working on really hard to over-come so a lot of healing in that area. Anyways I am a private person even to my family and friends which I am surprised at how comfortable iam able to share/discussed about my self or how total a stranger I have never met could be so insightful. This healed my stomach pain. I was diagnosed with IBS last year and since then I was having these gripping pains in my stomach everytime I had an anxious thought. One day I decided to listen to this and apply chamomile oil to my stomach with some dried calendula and other yellow herbs, and burned lemongrass incense. I went into a deep meditative state for the first time, no thoughts, pure consciousness. It felt like how I imagine it was in the womb, only the awareness; “I am”. When I came out of it, my stomach pain was gone. Even when I anticipated it to hurt, it would not. Now, when I let something make me too angry a couple days later, it came back really bad; but when I released it, it went away again. This stuff is real. I hate that the religion I was raised in made meditation seem demonic, it truly healed me.

@✞ WOW! Says the religious person that is supporting religion which is supporting corruption and blessing wars, manslaughtering, and fear mongering. This must be truly UNCONDITIONAL love. You either obey like a stupid sheep or you die. The new age belief is in reality ancient but because religion could not control the sheep, they took our knowledge and made it sound or seem evil.
