Whenever I try to do something out of my comfort zone and end up not doing it, I always fell into depression. Then I’d be happy and motivated by thinking “im gonna change” and then the cycle would repeat itself, I’d get depressed. But I can truthfully say that once I listened to this and learnt about meditation and what not, I felt so empowered by strengthening my mind. And still to this day, meditation has helped me achieve many things. So to anyone who scrolls through the comments and sees this and is in the position I was in. Don’t give up, it will take time, but eventually you will arrive where you want to be 🙂

Thank you Green Tara. A couple of months ago I was in the hospital emergency room and one of the doctor came in with Green Tara tattooed on his arm. I heard about white and yellow Tara but not you Green Tara. The doctor said Green Tara is the best. I listened to him holding on to his every word. I felt like he was sent there by Green Tara to change my life. Things are flowing to me now Green Tara like, healing daily, money, more love and compassion. Yesterday I was panicking because my dog accidentally consumed some medicinal cream, which is highly toxic and life threatening to animals. As I was walking home I found myself praying to Tara, which is not a yidam for me, and repeating this mantra. My dog never got sick. It was such a blessed relief, after being so worried. I believe Tara intervened, and I would encourage others to this practice.

I find it more effective to chant along with the mantra. Using your throat chakra saying out loud is setting a clear intention. There is a large release of unwanted energy to do this. The next thing I do once I feel calm is stop chanting and as i continue to listen, I imagine the energy that I want to feel in the centre of my heart. Peace, joy, love, whatever it is I want to feel in that moment. Then I imagine that energy filling up my whole body (every cell, every area of my body) until I am sitting in that energy and absorbing it. And I “turn it up” until I feel it very strongly and I enjoy sitting like that for a while. That’s how we move out of any old stuck energy. I wish you well.

I was learning about this song and what means Om Tare Tutare..I listen one girl and her family sing this mantra. I could not stop the tears dropping in my face. Felt me touched by this music and when I am.feeling sad for any thing and put my vibrations down, I come to inside of me and find this melody and restart to repeat and sing. I don't know why or how, but this Mantra just all of a sudden made all these emotions of warmth and bliss come up to the surface in me, it made me even cry a tear or two--I wasn't expecting that, but I feel appreciation and I thank you for giving me this Green Tara Mantra, Meditative Mind - Meditation Music.
