These verses were written in the late 1600 and are designed to remind the human soul that we are part of something bigger, we are an integral part of the supreme being. I humbly believe the true supreme being can be found in each and every heart regardless of race, religion, creed etc. So don't despair, your mental crisis will end and you will come out of it victorious. I felt depressed. I posted in my private blog a prayer which is 'Dear God, please show me the way'. Suddenly the next day, this video pop up and for some reasons i clicked on it. Never in my life have I felt this way of peace. Never in my life have I listened to myself this much. It feels like mind, my heart and my lung were cleared by some divine power from another world. The prayer in my last post is a miracle, it brought this mantra to my life, to my mind, to the very inside of me, protecting me and empowering me to be stronger and calmer in this fight. The idea of escaping from depression is no longer in my head, I choose to live with it, embrace it with compassion. It is a part of me, which I appreciate so much because if it did not appear, my divine power wouldn't be awaken. Everyday I wake up, I feel like I'm protected by God's hands. I'm blessed ♡

FYI... this is how Guru Gobind Singh, the 10th Guru of the Sikhs, 'saw' the AlMIGHTY GOD, and made an 'attempt' to describe him.... what the Sikhs feel blessed about is that the words they have access to are the actual words of he Gurus who have themselves penned them down ( so there is not dilution/interpretation/ misinterpretation by any vested interests )

love this mantra… I listen to this in my car, at home, doing sadhana - it is healing, empowering and I feel my throat chakra relax. Everything falls into place, mantras are beautiful and magical. Even looking at insects (which I am allergic to) I feel love for them… This changes how you see things in your life and heals parts of you that you didn’t even know needed to be healed. do breathing excersises...deep slow ..only through the nose of ... take in prana nitic oxide at the base.. root of your nose.. Practice practice ..practice... i guide you further is you wish..do not move the shoulders ..they stay relaxed not moving upwards like you see in girls a lot....but the movement of the breath is sideways...left right..cup your hands ...turn and place them beneath the armpits...then when breating in feel them moving sideways..you can fill your lungs with so much more energy ........then after a few days ..notice the pause the divine pause after breathing in and after breathing out...more to come ...i wait if you practice otherwise only words...listen the the mantra ..mother of all mantra's OM with f.e. the 423Hz tibet monks ...use a headphone always...sound is very very interesting ..while the nasa recorded the sound of the sun.... OM it was..

This is part of Jaap sahib, from one of daily prayers of sikhs written by 10 guru, guru Gobind Singh ji. It describes qualities of God with different names. It’s known to be very powerful, destroyer of all negativity. Sickness removal is very nice good side effect, it’s very commonly heard among people who do these repeatedly with love. Love being the key, Repeatedly doing it increases energy and love for God and leads one to purity. One will feel powerful in positive way with humbleness as well

@@xyzaaa7716... we are also - animals- by the way... albeit - 'cognitive' (thinking ones) we have the same basic physiological functions and a handful of the same challenges:survival issues, intolerances, difficulties with the 'other', rejection, love, maternal instincts, neurosis, fears, and the list of resemblance is infinite ... Tiger behaves as - Tiger- Elephant like a kin of his own; a snake the same, a mosquito, a cow, a snail, and sorry is the animal that needs to be devoured by the other animal... For now these are the basic laws of Nature/Creation/God... we all have to 'eat life' in order to survive, it is not a sin, it is a law... When one conprehends nature... We may eat whatever we want, its is not going make us 'better' or 'worse', but what comes out of our mouth can hurt, destroy and kill and this is the main responsability humans have been avoiding....
