love this mantra… I listen to this in my car, at home, doing sadhana - it is healing, empowering and I feel my throat chakra relax. Everything falls into place, mantras are beautiful and magical. Even looking at insects (which I am allergic to) I feel love for them… This changes how you see things in your life and heals parts of you that you didn’t even know needed to be healed. do breathing excersises...deep slow ..only through the nose of ... take in prana nitic oxide at the base.. root of your nose.. Practice practice ..practice... i guide you further is you wish..do not move the shoulders ..they stay relaxed not moving upwards like you see in girls a lot....but the movement of the breath is sideways...left right..cup your hands ...turn and place them beneath the armpits...then when breating in feel them moving sideways..you can fill your lungs with so much more energy ........then after a few days ..notice the pause the divine pause after breathing in and after breathing out...more to come ...i wait if you practice otherwise only words...listen the the mantra ..mother of all mantra's OM with f.e. the 423Hz tibet monks ...use a headphone always...sound is very very interesting ..while the nasa recorded the sound of the sun.... OM it was..

Tiger behaves as - Tiger- Elephant like a kin of his own; a snake the same, a mosquito, a cow, a snail, and sorry is the animal that needs to be devoured by the other animal... For now these are the basic laws of Nature/Creation/God... we all have to 'eat life' in order to survive, it is not a sin, it is a law... When one conprehends nature... We may eat whatever we want, its is not going make us 'better' or 'worse', but what comes out of our mouth can hurt, destroy and kill and this is the main responsability humans have been avoiding.... We are like radio receivers & transmitters. All great Messengers taught at 3 levels because each person ir group was at a different level of understanding. The Children of God are not yet adults. Their Path is more straight & narrow. They have not yet absorbed those first two Teachings. Once they can absorb & & reunite (3 rd Teaching); be in the state of "fear not" (of a different way of expressing Love- like using incense, chanting), then they will stop seeing God as an Authority figure apart from themselves, & blaming "the Devil made me do it". I felt depressed. I posted in my private blog a prayer which is 'Dear God, please show me the way'. Suddenly the next day, this video pop up and for some reasons i clicked on it. Never in my life have I felt this way of peace. Never in my life have I listened to myself this much. It feels like mind, my heart and my lung were cleared by some divine power from another world. The prayer in my last post is a miracle, it brought this mantra to my life, to my mind, to the very inside of me, protecting me and empowering me to be stronger and calmer in this fight. The idea of escaping from depression is no longer in my head, I choose to live with it, embrace it with compassion. It is a part of me, which I appreciate so much because if it did not appear, my divine power wouldn't be awaken. Everyday I wake up, I feel like I'm protected by God's hands. I'm blessed ♡

I had my son and his Indian, Australien born girlfriend Sam for lunch this week. I dressed a very elaborant table, with more chairs than we needed in a very posh English resident in a leafy outer Northern suburb of Melbourne. I was house-sitting there for 14 days, looking after a very special Jack Russell dog Joye. I had fun acting as a waiter, right through from the welcoming act at the front dor, after their drive from the beach bayside area in a big new black Kia car. Going onto the two feasts settings of food and drinks at the table, telling them about the different classes of society in Denmark. I had this wonderful piece of Mantra music playing in the background to calm and uplift their spirits. It was wonderful. And I was so pleased to see, how they followed my instructions on how to behave at get together eating, with family and friends celebrating functions such as achievements, new beginnings and birth. Everything just about, as it is held in many of the European countries. In piece, harmony, joy respect and care. Thankyou so much for this masterpiece.😊😊❤❤❤❤😊

Sikhi is a religion started by guru Nanak in the 15th century. Ajai Abai hyme was uttered by the10th messenger Guru Gobind. He was divine light and everyone(Hindus and Muslim) of thatctime fell in love with his message and became Sikhs. If you want to become completely peaceful and ascend spiritually, I suggest you search Basics of Sikhi on KZbin. Sikhi’s unique and doesn’t force conversion but we love everyone and welcome everyone into our faith of devotion to the One god Who is the same in every religion.

⁠​⁠@@iatl7306In Sikhism it’s described that there are so many worlds beyond this one. There are gods, goddesses, demons, etc. So I’m sure your gods and goddess are up there, however the ultimate source the creator, one god, is above all. Sikhism believes in equality though, starting with the first Guru who ensured that everyone should be treated the same regardless of their background. Sikhism also understands there is truth in all religions. As all essentially point to the same source. However the complete truth resides in Guru Granth Sahib Ji which isn’t some “book” it’s the present and living Guru after the 10th and last physical Guru, Guru Gobind Singh ji. Which is a composition of all of the teachings and writings of all the Gurus to spread the word of God to those of the Sikh faith and beyond. Interestingly enough the Guru Granth Sahib is composed of not just the Gurus writings, but also enlightened beings from other faiths as well to demonstrate that oneness.

Its youtube, unfortunately that means many commentors will not be respectful. To someone who is not a sikh, these words are not sacred and do not carry the depth of meaning. They do not have to honor your ways at all, just as you have no requirement to honor their ways. Focus on your path, you will only be sidetracked by seeing where others are and trying to alter their path.

"As within, so without." Just as with children or the otherwise immature, we can choose to hold the vision that they will grow & evolve into the Divine Being they were created as; that they will be inspired to take responsibility for their own evolution, just as we have/do, & eventually come into Oneness with all Beings.
