KindHrt77 KindHrt77 I’m sorry to hear you’ve had trouble with this! Personally I’ve found it very helpful. I started with listening to the root chakra videos at night while I slept and moved up the chakras as I felt needed. I especially could feel physical and very relieving stirring in my lower abdomen while listening to the sacral chakra tones. I find it helpful to choose phrases that relate to each chakra and repeat them in my mind as I listen. I first started listening to these tones around 4 years ago and never noticed any difference. But as I opened my mind to them and let myself be more susceptible to the idea of them helping I found it working. To be perfectly honest I could believe that these tones are placebos. Despite that, I still enjoy them very much. It’s less about expecting the tones alone to do all the work for my state of mind, but about viewing the chakras as a guide to help me overcome problems. Take time to reflect on your current state with each of them, starting at the root chakra. Our root chakra deals with safety, security, stability and the like. It is blocked by fear. Our sacral chakra deals with creativity, sexuality, and pleasure. If your root chakra is blocked, your sacral chakra will suffer, and you will be unable to progress. As a result you could be shy, insecure, and unable to form healthy relationships because of your blocked sacral chakra. You will also suffer from symptoms of all the higher chakras being blocked. Fear is what you have to work through to unblock the next chakra. Once you move on, you’ll have to take steps to unblock each one in succession to truly benefit. Unless you work up to your crown chakra with time, you will not be as able to benefit from tones like this. I know this was super long and I’m sorry lol, you probably don’t care 😂 but I do hope this helps!! Good luck ☀️

Meditating on the crown chakra with the Sacred Geometry symbol “Metraton’s Cube” is actually good for the crown chakra. Named after Archangel Metraton, of course. Placing a white or violet crystal on the center of the illustration is good also to create a main focus, with any supporting crystals surrounding it. It’s called a crystal grid. Print out one, draw one, buy a poster - whatever, but it’s a very healing symbol to look out for the crown chakra or kether.

while I understand many use this platform to relax and detatch...I however have the process of organizing the chaos of words in my brain... the words form messages I feel are from beyond me..or perhaps within me...either way they seem important, and I find it lightens my head so I can actually relax once the message is seemingly completed...at least for a few hours..until they come rushing in again...writing is my mental therapy I suppose... I'll let the tones help set up these words...pre-meditiation...the words are a bridge to the bliss, a conversation about pure beauty, but words are not the authority of meaning, and certainly not for life. Words are a tool, such is the language they give meaning to....they are to capture reality, and share the interpretation of this infinite beauty of life... as intelligent observing beings...with the gift of imagination and awareness of self, the super natural experiencing the natural...an invisible conscious that parallels the invisible spirit, or soul...they share nature for they are both nature...indeed we do have physical vessels known as bodies...bodies containing this conscious thought and projected awareness...bodies that are perfectly built vessel radiating the importance to co existence, and collaborating of different things. These things, known as organs and tissue and fluids...all with an agenda to keep your conscious alive...whatever that means....and each do their part for the good of the whole....so what does this mean when we think about what's good for the whole of humanity?...you know...the collective conscious we all possess...where is the collaboration to this? I find there to be more authority of trying to define what's more important...or what belief is superior in origin... Now, if the organs did this sort of growth within you this would be considered unhealthy. Well perhaps it too is not healthy for humanity (conscious awareness) to grow in such a way...a way of disorder when you're already existing perfectly...but it is your mind that is the key..it is your mind in which you govern your thoughts and actions, and contemplation, and imagination. This is the gift we are apart of....Intelligence is not the defining factor it is simply just a factor that defines, it is simply just another branch off the tree of awareness...intelligence is extreme focus and contemplation on what you're observing and experiencing, and of the environment and all that is relative to your perspective ...it is also connected to your emotions, and emotions very much so have influence on this intelligence...but emotions, just like intelligence, is not the defining thing it is simply how we experience the senses.. it is simply just another branch of awareness...another manifestion from consciousness...so again we see how things are always correlating, and coexisting...and if we know in order to have optimal physical health we must do what we can to maintain, and even enhance, our natural physiology. This means we must balance our bodies...but as we know we are already balancing without intentionally trying...for as I said, our bodies seperate entities do their part to keep the whole alive....so if this is the logic we accept for optimal physical health then why not apply it to mirror our optimal mental health, our conscious? To balance the emotion and intelligence...and the compassion, and ability to understand. To be able to comprehend such an intricate thing such as language and arts. Also Balance the imagination and all the creation it gives birth to...and all the inspiration those creations give birth too...i could go on...however I find it necessary to turn the world toward the better, and try a calming approach to remind you it's as easy as a thought...if you've changed your mind ever in this lifetime, then this is the evidence to support my claim...we do not need to use authority or manifest all this bitter divisiveness of masses of this one collective conscious. Remember this is not collaboration of the mind, and this is not healthy for conscious....we can have difference and still contribute to the whole in a healthy way...were your awareness strives for further understanding of itself and where it came from. Whatever this invisible force is...conscious is invisible, and so is faith...but we can put a visual on faith...it is not with faith in belief of an ideology or philosophy...but faith in what keeps your organs functioning perfectly in the way they do, without your conscious intervention that is the visual...but we also can have a visual of conscious...simply by seeing something alive holding consiouness...there is that invisible force again...is this god? could it be the essence in which truly engulfs all? It is undoubtedly beautiful and powerful, and seems to be the foundations to our conscious awareness...or our spirit or soul or higher self...whatever the labeling we fall further into contemplation of existence when realising even foundations are laid upon something before them, something too alive in it's own way...what is the origin of what the foundations built upon!? Another branch of awareness, or tool of intelligence known as science, claims to know what smaller parts help make your organs into the unique physical structure that they are...the world of elements...but conscious seems to weave thru even those levels of collaboration...and so again an invisible force of some kind is even behind this invisible world of elements... My ending of this collaboration of words is to remind you to be as aware as you can. in whatever manner your nature directs you, because remember that nature is connected to this invisible force..and it is powerful...passion is instilled to amplify and light your path so to speak...and that path isn't anything specific other than gathering as much understanding of this experience of nature....good and evil do seemingly exist side by side...but understand thru this invisble force they are one and the same...because once you influence the evil into good it only changes it's label, not it's actual essence.....live well and think deeply upon your nature...and do it at your own pace. love

One might ask, how can one love another they've never seen or touched? Indeed it may seem perplexing to comprehend, but if one looks at the journey of a single drop of water, then I believe it explains perfectly... first, we must determine where this drop of waters journey begins...let us assume it's physical nature began with it's formation in the clouds...once the environment was ripe for its existence to manifest from vaper to liquid water, the clouds intensify and eventually release the freefall of the millions of drops of water to the surface of whatever they fall upon..whether it be the open fields of vegetation, or the rocky slopes of mountains, or the twisting rivers and other bodies of water...Wherever they land essentially they begin another journey, and to sum this journey up would be disrespectful to it's infinite stories...so I will try and weave two different origins of two seperate journeys of two individual drops of water, and let's imagine these drops of water contain conscious, and can be related to the image of two individual people living on two different landscapes... I will choose the two places in which the water drops hit the surface being an open field of grass, and the leaf of a tree. First we follow the one thing they must both first experience...the collision into the world of solids..there is a connection to a foreign seeming landscape, a solid thing...and the drops of water break into many more smaller droplets! but we are reminded that they came from the whole of one...and we will continue to speak about it in this way...so once it is split into the many more smaller droplets, all again appear to have similar and differing paths and origins...imagine these water drops hitting the surface and splitting into many more droplets of water as your souls journey, and how it manifested within this consciousness which spread out into this solid organic world.. the many life's you have experienced...but just because the soul was split doesn't mean there was no initial connection...and this story will lead us to the moment there is a reunion of all these journeys...now... the first drop we will follow is the one which landed in the open field...a crop of corn...the drop hits the soil and splits into many more droplets, and they spread in many different directions and trajectories...some go into the soil, into the roots, while others collect and overflow into a small rushing stream...and so we follow this direction now...the droplets are now being spoken in plural form, but we still identify them as they were initially in the clouds, as a single drop of water... so the droplets flow in unison and eventually rush into a fixed flowing body of water, known as a creek... now within this creek the flow continues and the droplets either keep flowing in unison or branch off to the soil and all the vegetation along the edge of the creek...but we follow the flow of the creek...and eventually it leads us to a river...and similar actions occur with the droplets...but we continue with the flow of the river...eventually it flows into a bigger river...and from this river it flows into the open sea...now from here we can only use our imagination...say just one of those tiny droplets that initially hit the soil of that open field of that one drop we began following initially, made it all the way to the open sea...while the rest of it experienced different paths...and this takes us to the drop that hit the leaf...we skip the details of the process of breaking into many more droplets and follow the journey of the droplet which bounced off the leaf, and fell to the forest floor...and it continues to either overflow into a stream or attach to roots and vegetation...so we follow the ones that attach to the vegetation...now at this point in the story I think I can begin to fuse the two drops from the beginning of this story...eventually, no matter what path they took, they are evaporated back into the atmosphere...and are reunited in that connected form..maybe even to start the process over again... My point to this was to justify how one could love another they've seemingly never met, and I wish to relate this story to our lives and how we could have been one already, or that we will be one in a future experience...because our conscious acts like water, and has this breakdown of seperate-ness yet can be traced back to itself over and over again...and so I love you, just as much as water can love all that it can touch, even if it doesn't necessarily experience it firsthand, somewhere, some part of it's whole did...and if at death our souls evaporate back into the atmosphere of consciousness..then we are reunited, and bonded once again...love to you this day, for the day is built upon beauty, and beauty is pure love....qualities in which you portray...Namaste.

I do believe I have no answers to what truth really means, only what seems like endless interpretations of what that truth is or could be. However, I do believe the result of all truth is beauty...for the word beauty, even by it's definition, encapsulates everything...the definition of beauty is "the quality attributed to whatever pleases or satisfies the senses or mind, as by line, color, form, texture, proportion, rhythmic motion, tone, etc., or by behavior, attitude, etc". Does this not essentially mean everything? One may not be as fond of a particular color, or music, or taste of a certain food, but another does, therefore beauty tracends the opinion about it.
