oh sweetheart... that *is* your life, that youre living now... i know its really scary i spent so long trying to escape without dying and still watch a lot of anime and get stoned a lot lol... but i hope you realize one day, that your reality has always been the one you get, but also entirely subjective, it'll be different every single day, even if there is never going to be an Easy Way Out... you wont wake up in a whole new life, or another universe, it has not happened to anybody yet at least (do not believe everything you see on the internet, rule 1 since it was made public a couple years before i was born, 30 years ago lol ooof, but things WILL change as you grow up, in ways you can never imagine or expect now, good and bad and worse and better, theres no way to know and they will never stop changing, and you will become more and more powerful to control your future, and i hope you can turn it into something alright or adventurous as soon as youre ready. make friends. learn to practice meditation as soon as you can it helps anybody who manages to get used to the practice especially early in life, i wish i had started much earlier, and may luck and love find u, the way to "shift" is to go out there and explore as soon as you can, experience in this huge colorful world contains infinite "realities". promise

I listen to this as I’m laying down for sleep and I just close my eyes and focus on breathing and the rain sounds. I picture a barrier between my nose and mouth and as I breathe in, it’s nothing but light and purity. Breathing out, I imagine my stressors of the day as blackness and darkness leaving me. The barrier is like my way of mentally making sure I don’t accidentally take in and of the stressors when I inhale since I just exhaled. I have woken up in the morning feeling awake and ready to go and the only reason I need coffee is to curve the headaches I get from lack of caffeine… (help on this part would be appreciated… or do I just have to suffer until my body is used to no coffee again…?) this is heavenly. Even as I type this, I can feel my body relaxing and telling me to sleep. So I’m gonna do just that. Good night, loves. And remember. You matter. You’re beautiful. You are loved. I appreciate seeing everyone’s words of encouragement…..like one guy said “it’s nice to know that I’m not alone on this path” it means a lot 🥹 to truly hear that cuz sometimes it really gets hard…. This is my woosah when i Epsom Salt + bubble bath the negativity of the day away. I have 2 mantras : . "I am Hauʻoli (happy in ʻōlelo Hawai'i), I am Healthy, I am Wealthy and I am Debt Free" . My 2nd mantra is "Sun in the trees, leaves in the wind, birds on a bough..." . Hope that helps any1 whom needs it ❤
