After traveling and experiencing all the Disneys in the world, Japan's DisneySea is my most favorite. The people are wonderful and the park is outstanding, I can't wait to return and enjoy the new adventures that have been added to DisneySea.
The attention to detail and immersive theming truly make it a Disney Imagineering masterpiece. Thanks for capturing the experience in stunning 4K 60FPS - it feels like we're right there on the ride!

One of the best videos of this ride i've seen because it shows so much of the queue and the area outside the attraction that is all part of the ride's story. While Rise of the Resistance has the most elaborate queue and pre-show sequence of any ride out there now, the queue for this ride might still be my favorite, and the show building is unmatched. I'm biased but I really do think this is by far the best attraction Disney has ever created.

Awesome ride. Most dark rides just don't make use of the vertical plane enough. Or at all. I guess Spiderman/Transformers and what not try to simulate a drop at the end, but I mean they're not like Fire in the Hole or something. That has a little drop here. Or climbing a hill here etc. For obvious reasons. But it's pretty cool how towards the end the ride goes into Test Track style and does make use of up and down movement. There's a literal drop in there that looks pretty solid. It even makes use of banking. Good stuff. It does that little bit more.

It is, sort of. This is supposed to be a side project of Captain Nemo as depicted in Disney's film of "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" (unlike the Jules Verne novel "Journey to the Center of the Earth", in which Nemo does not appear--this ride really has little to do with the novel).

Sure wish Disneyland and WDW would do more ORIGINAL rides like this, instead of relying on the IP of various movies and such. But, that would only happen if the park was privately owned by someone outside of Disney, like the Tokyo Disney parks are.

And once again we realize that Disney cares more about Disney Japan than they do about any of their theme parks in the United States.
@futurehistoryarchaeologist44806 ай бұрын
That's only partially true. Disney doesn't own or operate Tokyo Disneyland. They just license their IP and ride systems. Disney definitely doesn't put as much effort and attention into their parks these days though.
@A_A6106 ай бұрын
It's the benefit of having another company owning and operating the parks on Disney's behalf (Oriental Land Company). The big reason Disney goes so hardcore with the Tokyo parks is because they're not the ones on the line for the bill; Not only is OLC responsible for the costs of new additions, they've been far more willing to give Disney almost bottomless budgets to work with. Essentially, another company pays Disney for their creative work, and they tend to let Imagineering have a lot more creative control over projects. This combo is why the Tokyo parks consistently feature some of Disney's best work, despite not being owned by Disney.
@reneelapachet50024 ай бұрын
OSHA they Don;t have it there
@AuraLeafstorm3 ай бұрын
Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea are owned, operated, and maintained by the Oriental Land Company, not Disney themselves. They're the only Disney parks in the world Disney doesn't directly own; so Disney is more willing to greenlight more expensive creative projects over there, because the OLC foots the bill, and Disney profits from their brand being used. In exchange, OLC gets the best creative output from Disney Imagineering (because they're willing to pay for it), and they maintain the quality of their rides better than any other theme park, which is how they ended up with the greatest Disney parks in the world.
