Dude I’m 62 and have been working out for 5 years and lost over 100 pounds and after having a major heart attack last December I gained 15 pounds and I’m on a intermittent fasting diet and taking in mostly protein and I started working out again after the doctors cleared me and I started using your build and burn workouts and following along with you and I gotta say I’ve never felt the burn as much, I go a little lighter on shoulders because of my age but keep up the great work

this is good for wrestling season when i dont want to gain any muscle mass. 10 lb dumbells, feel sore after, and still skinny! I like the build and burn series. I'll check out some of your other workouts when its time for gains

you will gain mass if you work your muscles. heavy weight = mass is a myth.

Hello Midas, Chest/day 18 is in the bag. Question - I have really weak neck muscles (Geniohyoid, Longus Capitis, Mylohyoid, and Stylohyoid Mastoid muscles just to name a few, what are some exercises I can do at home with a bench and dumbbells?

The second round was extremely hard and challenging. My arms was weak and I could barely lift anymore. Smh.. I finished it in 45 minutes. Is this a good thing or bad thing?

Hey @Midas, you really turn everything into gold! Been using your Frieza workout for a couple of months and went from Zero to hero w/o any supplements. Now I switched to Sasuke but my bench is lacking the Decline variable. Do you have any alternative workouts I could use? Thanks a lot Midas Kun!

Just done this chest training today I also have a job in production fabric but that’s no excuse not to workout … When I workout first shift I train afterwork. Late shift I’m skipping a lot of training but I’m still working on my discipline and routine… i’m finished but worth it … Many thanks mate ! 👏💪🏼💪🏼🎩😎

Only thing I have is change the rest period to to 40-45secs. Need time to adjust the bench then actually get a rest in.
