So are you doing one set of each exercise one after the other before staring the second set or all you doing all three sets of one exercise before moving to the second exercise. 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 2a, 2b, 2c, 3c, 4c, 5c, etc VS 1a, 2a, 3a, 1b, 2b, 3b, etc. where a, b, c, d, e are each a different exercise.

I dont know why, but I find cold showers very enjoyable, I take it every day. It really is a mood booster. If u stand under it long enough, you will feel a little warm. That is a good thing. It means u are getting used to it, 1 more week then It will be a full month of cold shower
