Numinor There are a lot of instrumental synthwave tracks with millions of views-Miami Nights 1984's classic "Ocean Drive", for example. Synthwave is an ever-growing movement. Hopefully one day it will be taken more seriously as a genre.

The solo of this song that starts at minute 2:26, is an absolutely incredible thing and totally out of this world. Impressive the quality of these musicians from The Midnight!!! I went back to the 80's with this solo!!! Powerful synthesizer and unimaginable sound quality!!!

I think this my be my favorite synthwave song. It's completely unlike the average synthwave song while still being within the synthwave genre. The way the buildup and drop leads to a sick melody instead of dubstep noise, it's so good.

I've been playing guitar for 30 years now - and the synth solo here is pretty much a perfect guitar solo - right down to articulations like pull-offs and vibrato, it sounds extremely guitar-like, and I love it to death.

For real, the keyboard solo is one of the most rad riffs I’ve ever heard in my life. I’ve heard a lot of music having Dj’d for years and loving EDM since the early 90s, but few songs go this hard in the riff. That slide into a pitch change is one of the most spine tingling experiences I’ve ever had. Congrats being the best synth wave song on the planet

I can’t help but revisit the name “Daytona” and the selection the title becomes so incredible cause the beginning sounds like engines revving with that steady baseline to build suspense And then that crescendo synth sound like them passing by in a loop but then the solo melody keeps building this suspense. It embodies this kinda beautiful dichotomy: the repetitiveness unfolding itself in a unique and suspenseful nature: much like the Daytona 500. And that’s coming from someone who doesn’t like nascar lol. The name just does it for me.
