If you make the Mickey ice cream bars again, lay them on the wax paper and just drizzle the chocolate over them. Less melting risk. Yours came out well. This is such a cute idea.

This was such a cute idea!! Not sure if you know it but you can buy the actual mix they use at Disney on Amazon. Its called Carbons Malted Waffle mix. We made the Nutella Waffle Sandwiched with it and it was amazing. I love the fruit, my girls would love those. That sandwich is so cute. Need to pick up those chips at well. Your pregnant belly is so cute!!! We made those Mickey Ice Cream bars on our channel a few months back and it was hard. We did have one that came out. You want to use the sauce that is in the ice cream aisle that is called, I don't remember but it has the word crack in it. It instantly hardens.. Having a thick ice cream bar is key. We also did it in the summer time with no ac so that was another issue, haha. That pizza is such a cute idea. I am seriously loving this video. Such great ideas.

My dad’s old roommate used to make Mickey Mouse pancakes for his kids back in the day by adding two small circles for ears to the large circle in the middle - I always thought it was so clever and my daughter loves pancakes this way. Have you tried laying your mickey ice cream on a wire rack and pouring/drizzling the chocolate on that way? Then stick it back in the freezer and after the chocolate sets you could repeat with the other side. Maybe using a cooling rack on top of a banking sheet might allow you to get it all covered. I used to work in a bakery and that's how we covered ganache cakes. I haven't tried it with ice cream, but it sounds reasonable. Amazing video! I love your channel. My suggestion for your Mickey ice cream is to use chocolate shell which can be found with sundae stuff in a grocery store. It won't melt the ice cream like microwaving chocolate does. Maybe you could recreate this video when your child is a little older make pizzas together and such. Wondering if you could mince the bacon and compress it into a Mickey shape using the big cookie cutter? chill then bake in the oven? Next time try a pizza cut to cut your raw dough or form 3 balls, roll out and then stick them together to make Mickey. :) Super cute video! What else can you make I wonder?

This was super cute!! Baking I feel is pretty difficult since it requires more precise measurements. When cooking you don't have to be as precise with the measurements, unless you are making dough . Something that will make rolling dough easier is to put flour on your rolling pin, just put some in your hand and then run your hand on your rolling pin. Also put flour on top of the dough as well. I've been making bread for most of my life and those are just a couple things I've found to help keep the dough from sticking.

Tip for making ice cream bars...if you add coconut oil to the chocolate it should instantly solidify on the ice cream so it doesnt melt the ice cream!

This is so perfect because my daughter is turning 3 and her only request is Mickey Mouse 🖤❤️💛💙 (and mama is waiting on taxes for Disney lolol) and I so wanted to get these cutters the other day. Thank youuuuuuuuu Allison for making me less crazy and giving me something to show my husband proof I’m not the only one to do this. 😂😂 Also, veggies/new food protip. “Help” them eat the food by taking bites at the same time and getting really excited. Also make them think the food they haven’t tasted is delicious (because the don’t know and it is, right?) and it makes them super strong/smart/whatever like their favorite character. (For is, that means “super princess vamperina night”). Sometimes it takes a few tries, but it works every time. And veggie chips are amazinggggghhhh. Last: THANK GOD WE CAN MAKE MICKEY ICE CREAM NOW! I think it could work with smaller execution and a deeper bowl? Last last: There’s totally pepperonis that are safe! Look for nitrite/nitrate free. 🖤

For the ice cream there is a type of chocolate “syrup” that hardens the second it touches cold and you keep in in the pantry or cabinet you can get it at your local grocery store
