So I use to play on this server. Dude made derpy but relatively fun content but I liked how it was setup and even played enough that I found it worth it to buy a middling rank (something like $20). W/e support the people who pay for the server even bought the odd crate on a gamble just to get cool stuff. Never too much but the odd crate here or there. I did use their server after all. Then something I saw really bothered me. Loverfella came on to record one of his events and was at spawn before hand so I went to watch as I thought it might be interesting. While I was there he and the staff flew around drawing attention from the entire spawn. They went over to the crate section and basically starting spamming “but the crate keys! Buy the crate keys! We won’t start the event until X dollar amount are purchased. They were jumping up and down on the crates as what was probably a couple hundred kids spam bought crates into the thousands of dollars. All while staff and LF spammed chat to BUY! BUY! BUY!….yeah I stopped giving them money as that kind of seemed sort of messed up. Idk it could have even been a member of staff logged into Loverfella’s account. Who really knows. It’s kind of a shame. That was a couple years ago. Haven’t played since.

I found out in singleplayer that if you are holding an item with your mouse like you are moving it in your inventory in 1.21.3 and exit it, its still held by your mouse. idk where the data for the item goes but you can hold an item in this "invisible slot" even if the inventory is full. I'm not in game so i cant confirm, I just know that its possible sometimes Edit after drill center pointed it out, it does work on Aternos servers

I am so glad the game that I own a server for has absolutely no way to pay to win, by design the game just has nothing to offer to advance you without putting in time and practise. No ranks, no xp grind, no loot boxes. You just are what you are, you live, you die, you start again. The ONLY way to get gud is by putting in the time and getting gud. I used to be an events mod on this server. This server is the most scummy and manipulative server around. I love watching anyone take it to them. Thank you. The sad part is that it's not really even pay to win. It is more pay to brag, which is worse. Even if you have good stuff, every year the server is reset and each season new crates are made. The only thing you keep are the "skins" of the old stuff. The worst, it is all kids and Loverfella does not even play anymore.

honestly, if you want to actually nuke the server, then do this: dube- stash in various player inventory + around the map - WAIT few weeks or months - destribute. thats how a team of dupers destroyed a pay to win minecraft server i used to play on, cause the owner had to discard the survival map that everybody had build on for years and none liked it. server imploded in 5 days after continues distributions and rollbacks. (rollbacks didnt do anyfing since they waited a long time after stashing)
