This video was really helpful. I've been trying to figure out what's wrong with me ever since age 40. Up until then, I had various issues but was always given a diagnosis. After 40 I was told I was just stressed and needed to rest but no amount of rest made me feel better. Long story short, my symptom list grew so much I joked that my body’s warranty must have run out. I finally got to see an autonomic neurologist who suspects mitochondrial disease and is doing tests. My 69 yo mom has been taking care of me for the last year since I'm divorced/ single (a huge job) and she's been experiencing symptoms creeping in also, although nowhere near as problematic. I hope it stays that way for her now that we're figuring this out.

Sorry about your condition. Mitochondria is not a life sentence. The male and female body's has different and specific times when precursor, NAD is produced in adequate amount to activate and replenish the.mitochondria, the medical fraternity is not aware of this fact.
