I lived on Okinawa...a $10 hop flight at the same EXACT time. My father US Air Force refused to take me to this exact concert. I haven't forgiven him since! But I watched it LIVE broadcast throughout Japan at the time with my best friend (half Japanese) Charlie at his house!
