What a beautiful family I thank you from the bottom of my heart for allow me and others to be a part of your family this day. I feel blessed by the Lord to know you guys. And give the little one a little coffee, not fair, I am on his side hahaha and somebody does not have a Christmas morning suit on I wonder who? The Somers told me about you guys. I love both as they help me live my life over again as all my children are now much older and for the most part we don't have this type of Christmas anymore as they all live far away. I am of the opinion that Jesus was not forced. He was most willing. God tell us in His word that He knew the ending before the beginning. GOD knew that Adam and Eve would fail and sin. HE, GOD, was not surprised. Nothing surprises our GOD. JESUS knew what He was up against from the beginning when the Father said, "Let there be light" . Peggy, I think the context of "forced" was that there was no other way for God to save His people but Christ on the cross. For example in Matthew 26:39 when Jesus asked the Father if there was another way.... '"And going a little farther he fell on his face and prayed, saying, “My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as you will.”'

HE had never been separated from the FATHER. The presence of the FATHER and the HOLY SPIRIT, had always been with HIM. It would be losing a part of HIMSELF. Taking on the sin of man was the point. HE knew HIS job, HE was willing. Flesh is weak. Sorry I got to preaching. But this is how we learn, by sharing our views and thoughts on scripture.
