Litterally, The best video I saw in a month. thanks for sharing and opening my eyes. Seriously, I have all of the these bad habits building up in my personality. Looking at shorts content, wasting my time, watching stuff having no use, eating crap food, and especially not sleeping well. I am going to follow-up and change my life style. looking I made a transcript while watching your video: Avoid 5 bad habits 1-Do not use your Phone for 60 to 90 minutes, when you wake up. Wake up Go out Take fresh air Have a cup of coffee with out worrying anything Exercise 2-Stop consuming your time on short form content/videos. every time you swipe a video, you got a hit of dopamine You're loosing the ability of Good/bad You're swiping the content, and filling you brain with trash every time Use your time wisely 3-Indulging in shit food Springles Pringles snacks Cakes Desserts Pizza/Pasta How to measure? a- Take a picture of everything you eat for a week, and scroll at the end of week that how much garbage you put in your mouth. If you took it out of your diet: You will feel better you sleep better you look better 4-Spending More than you can afford. This habit is killing us as a society, its like a plaque. Only spend whatever you have in your pocket. avoid the credit card shopping. Spending more than your affordability, will make you a prisoner of your own. 5-Sleep is everything in your life. You will die sooner if you don't have good sleep. If you want to have good life, spend time with family, friends, Hobbies. You need to have good sleep pattern. One thing, ruining the sleep patterns: >> You're looking at your phone before going to sleep (according to Google Scholar) >> Do not eat anything before 2 hours of your sleep >> Walk 10 minutes before sleep >> Brush your teeth, Get comfortable and Go to Sleep (Simple)

I have to say.... shorts are really nice when you need distraction. My son was in a 6 hr surgery last week and I'm so glad I had shorts while i was waiting! Funny, enjoyable and no need to think! Takes away the stress! But otherwise.... yes. It's bad. I do many of these things except the food. Thank you for your honesty! ❤

I have all of those out of my life and/or under strict control. Today, had to pick the phone as soon as I woke as I am in the process of shifting home and needed to send a few pointers to my point-men. This video was left open as I didn’t want to watch it last evening when it came up in my Telegram. But, BUT, HOWEVER, it is 5 AM, which is nice, but usually it is 3 when I wake up. Then, by 5-6-7, I drift back. This one thing is ruining my life. Let us see if the new place makes it any better! Thanks for the excellent content, as always! Love, Ra.

Thwre are 100+ variations if Mentors teaching SMC but there is None working Strategy even sustaining Profits as Everything is Money/Risk Management, but for it One Must Kniw" Accuracy of his Strategy" which no one can be certain. Also SMC is Subjective as Narking Zines, OB, Highs/Lows, FIB Starting and End Point, Trend Identification all the things are Subjective even Wntry Models and Exits also. SL's will get hunted out as Big Players kniw with SMC Traders where us going to be their entry points thats why SMC was released by ICT because if its attractiveness to newbees og HIgh RR. I really don’t know if you will have time to read my opinion, but finally I have found a true person who is literally good and trying to be better in any step of his life. And that is you, I never thought that you will say something like that. But, yea like an active person that I am, I can say, this guy is a good mentor. Exercising, eating healthy food, spending precious time with his family, sleeping enough to reboot your body, stoping scrolling the phone all day long, talking what people constantly, and helping others to grow, these are best advices that an active trader should have, a future trader. Better you live, better you will earn money, better you will spend time with your family, and of course we will touch 100. I will touch 150, but that is me :-)))) I still have debts but that’s why I am watching you, and I think I can escape from it in 1-2 years if I am learning your lessons and adapt and think like a trader, technical. I am still emotional.

In my opinion diet is number 1. You are what you eat. Crap in, crap out 💩 Nothing you do, consciously or subconsciously is gonna work if you keep shoveling poison into your pie hole, and even though I know this I’m still a major offender of it. Which leads me to this, a couple of videos ago you mentioned the 15 minute chart. I’ve been focused on scalping the 1 and the 5, large size. I find it all but impossible to pull the trigger getting in because of the massive risk. Yesterday I paper traded the 15 minute chart. The difference is smaller size, smaller risk which allows for an extra large cushion for retracements. The beauty of it is the profit sizes, for the most part, are the same as scalping. It’s a mind F, it changed the whole way I look at everything to do with the markets. Also, it physically changed me. I felt months upon months of pent up frustration stress leave my body literally in the blink of an eye. I can’t thank you enough for that. You’ve got to take charge of everything about yourself, because if you don’t someone else or something else will.
