I just bought the Moto z play and this video seriously reinforced my feeling about purchasing this phone. It's pretty cool to see that there will be an aftermarket for the Moto mods. I haven't bought one yet but this phone is definitely going to stick with me for a while.

Forgot to mention I bought it "used" of off eBay. I don't see a scratch on the thing. I think that it might actually be new. I bought it for 209.99. absolutely worth every penny.

I replaced my Nexus 6p with the Moto Z Play recently, and I'm absolutely loving it. Just being able to end every day with 30%+ battery life makes it a winner in my book. The 6p had to be constantly plugged in.

I have the off grid power pack with my z force. I charge once a day so I rarely NEED to use it. Inconvenient to only be able to charge it when it's on the phone... I use my sound boost a lot. Of all the mods, the car dock actually seems to be the most practical future mod purchase for me.

Justin Moyer just bought the z2 force. Also bought the car dock, and extra battery mod for it. The dock is great, u can charge and listen to music as the z2 doesn't have an auction cord which was almost my reason for not buying. But I took the chance and am loving it so far. Oh and it came with a free projector, can't beat that

I have a moto Z Force and love the JBL speaker!! I use it at work all the time and it's really useful with my "white noise" app when I'm sleeping....that "boxfan" sounds roars me to dreamland!!

And, for some weird reason, other than the Motorola Power Pack, that is only being sold in a pack with the Z2 Play, none of the other new Mods(or Snaps, as Lenovo call them here) were launched (yet?) in Brazil. And Lenovo usually treats Brazil well, seems to be quite a good market for them.

I still use the Mophie Juice Pack. It's slow to charge but slap it on Efficiency Mode and it damn lasts a full day and then some on extremely grueling heavy use.

I'm so happy I invested in buying a Moto Z Droid. This is why I brought a Moto Z (even though I sometimes regret not getting the Z play or Z force) because when a company releases a phone in 2019/2020 that can charge wirelessly with it in your hand, Motorola will probably release a mod to do the same thing on my 2017/2016 phone. No need to upgrade phones to get new features, I can add hardware to my phone via the mods.

The battery mod certainly has some appeal, even if you can't share it. The speaker mod is a harder sell. That said, it is small compared to most bluetooth speakers.

Also: would LOVE that slap on battery pack for my 7 Plus. Yeah, it has a great battery but I always want more. The fact that you can just keep it in a bag and slap it on whenever is nice. Apple: please make the smart battery case for the Plus.
