It would be completely illegal in the United States. No one would ever get FAA107 license for that model. In order to fly "Under the radar" so to speak, the whole thing, wil battery have to be under 8.8Oz or 250 grams. At 5.75 ounces (163 grams) that leaves only 87 grams for transmitters and props. The smallest 4K Drone, the Kudron is 3.3 oz, and can only fly for 10 min. I've given this some actual thought. It's nice idea, but for the price of the particulars... I would just go for something else. Especially since the Moto Z2 has a problem using data with connected to a wifi source that is NOT supposed to be for internet.

They aren't " supporting" anything. They are just running inventory out and letting this modular system die in the vine. Try finding a Qi wireless charging+shell anywhere. Gone.

You're not searching in the right places. They simply did not receive nearly enough demand to produce enough supplies. People didn't jump onto this as quickly as they hoped, which would have dropped prices overtime, but I got my stuff off eBay. I now have that wireless charger+battery mod, 360 camera mod, Hasselblad 10x Optical Zoom Mod, a backup battery mod, and the projector mod. I say keep it coming. This is technology that can make life easier in so many ways. Think of the condensing properties of keeping all those mods in a compact case like mine. Like storing your 3DS or Switch, except they're mods that can turn your phone into whatever they can come up with.

I think the keyboard mod does not mean to be laid on the table. You just have to Grip the phone (as well as the mod) horizontally/landscape with both hands in order to use it comfortably.

Talk to your carrier!! I got the projector for free with my plan after I said the competitor had it cheaper. The projector is amazing. I also bought the battery and JBL boost and they're fantastic and so useful. I'll eventually be getting the gamepad and car dock. Best phone I have ever owned.

Douglas Mannor same here since I love listening to music at work. Motorola needs a Dolby Atmos just like the zte axon 7. I had the lg v20 and their quad dac is weak axon 7 got the best quad dac but the battery wasn't that good.please Lenovo bring a quad dac with Dolby Atmos Moto mod ????

they should make like a 2 way battery, a battery that connects to the phone but that has the 16 pin conection on both sides so you can connect that battery to another mod, like the projector, and have more battery life

The Moto Z phones are the phone in most need of fingerprint under display technology. As due to the mods on the back they can't put the fingerprint scanner there. Therefore the front has to have the fingerprint scanner meaning it could never have an "infinity display"!!

So how long did the vital mod take to give the bp reading? Usual omron bp monitors just take around 15 seconds to give the reading, if this one is under 30 seconds, then 👍

I got the Moto Z Force 2 couple weeks ago and I can say it's the best phone ever owned from a guy who been with top lines Samsung iPhones and LG G and V series.... Moto Z2 Force can go toe to toe with these flagships without the Mods but the Mods making me love this phone even more. I also want to say that Motorola and Levono will never outsell or pace with these companies due to lack of good marketing and Moto Mods being too damn expensive. BP/Vitals is $400 bucks?? Projector was $300 but a year later is now $150+, got my JBL soundboost for $40 bucks used. Like I said the Mods prices will turn these casual consumers away.

I have a Moto z force and the mods are pretty cool I have the camera, the projector, the JBL sound booster, a battery pack and I just recently ordered the Moto gamepad. The projector is way awesome, order a movie from the play store, turn down the lights and it's almost like having your own personal movie theater but without the annoyance of other people taking and moving around. Use a Bluetooth speaker with the projector for best results as the speakers in these phones isn't the best. I'm seriously surprised they haven't developed a VR headset mod yet... With VR being as popular as it is I figured someone would have made one by now. I would with the dev kit but I don't have the technical skills and smarts to do that. So if you do and you are reading this, please look into developing a VR headset mod for the Moto z force family!

The Moto z2 force phones cannot cast video, because they want you to by the projector mod or Chromecast dongle. Motorola should fix this with an update, because the phone has the capability but they purposely removed the program from the phone.

I have a wireless blutooth keyboard for my phone and it works without a hitch. I feel as though the keyboard mod was displayed in the wrong way... Should've been displayed as a texting mod, not a keyboard mod. Working with a small keyboard like that would be a nightmare.

Kumar Mithilesh I would bet that future generations of the 'X, G, E' will have Moto Mod compatibility with the current Mods. While the Flagship Z/X will be only compatible with 2nd generation MotoMods

Cuz their are a special connectors on the back of the Moto Z series that you use the mods for in order to connect them to the phone. Take a look at the lower back of the phones and you will rows of small connectors.

As clumsy and early in the development as the first mod looks I think it's a great step in the direction of democratizing healthcare! Especially with the ridiculous situation going on in the united states right now and the technological progress I think it's only logical that we'll see more of this in the near future, props to Moto and Lenovo for pushing in the right direction!

Gimmicks. How many would pay $99 to get that tiny unstable keyboard? Most of the time, the on-screen keyboard does just fine, and if I do really really need a keyboard, I would use a USB adapter to use a full, stable, normal computer keyboard.
