Let Danielle cut your hair. Now that the girls are getting older they should clean up after diner to make it easier in the morning. Just a suggestion!

If the older girls each had a task. A couple could be in charge of clearing table and wiping it down after. A couple could be set up to rinse and hand stuff to you to load. A couple can unload and put dishes away. They are so good at helping

John you are a great dad!! My babies didn’t get that from their dad and I did everything I could to change it. Now, especially my daughter, looks for things to fill that void which is what I did because my dad was there but never really took time with us. I’m terrified my baby girl will continue this awful cycle. I’m hoping that by being as active in her life as I possibly can, that it will fill some of the emptiness and give her the wisdom to break the cycle.

Make a paste with baking g soda and apply it to the oil mark on the counter! It will dry it up. Make take a few times! You can look up other things that might work as well but I've had success with the baking soda! Good Luck.

Seeing how you interact with all of the kiddos makes me miss my dad! (He was actually my stepdad, but with being around for 20 years, he was dad). He passed away a year ago. I’m thinking my husband will be just as great as a dad as you are when our little girl gets here! She’s due in 3 weeks, but could come any day now. Seeing your spaghetti actually makes me want some 😂 I don’t even care for spaghetti. But with turkey. Yummmm

Sorry for the loss of your dad. He’s for sure your dad if he stepped up and raised you as his own. That’s a real father and man right there. He sounds like he was great and would’ve been the best grandpa ever. Congrats on your little baby! You will see your dad’s legacy carried on through your own parenting and in the life of your little girl! He’ll be there and you won’t even realize it til one day you do or say something he would have said and then you’ll know he’s right there with you. May God bless your family! ♥️

He took in 5 kids that weren’t his, and my mom and him had three more. We’re the opposite of you guys, there’s 6 boys and 2 girls. Thank you! We are excited to meet her when she decides to come!

You are such a good dad Jon! To realize that you need to take the time to spend with your kids means you’re very caring. I was laughing when you were breaking the spaghetti like that because I was thinking I have to do that because when I do it the regular way it spills everywhere, and then you said the same thing lol definitely going to do that from now on!! Genius!!!

Danielle, you really should wear goggles to protect your eyes when using that saw. You should teach your children safety habits. Having surgery to remove wood splinters from your eye would not be pleasant.
