We are moving too, and I also had my first son (after only 3 girls) in my current house. I cried at first then realized, I never go to the hospital to enjoy the places my girls were born. Then I was ok with leaving this place and moving forward to the next journey of life! Our house is SMALL compared to yours but keeping it clean with sooo many people is no joke and it’s really really hard work! We also have three dogs and a cat so I had to load everyone up anytime someone wanted to view the house and just drive around. Yikes. Congrats on the new home, can’t wait to see it!

We just got our home ready to sell, too! So stressful. Especially being pregnant and having hyperemesis gravidarum. I haven’t been much help at all. We have had now two offers, one because they didn’t read the HOA rules, and the other couldn’t get their loan approved. So hoping we have an offer tomorrow so we don’t have to spend the day away again on Sunday, so we can actually get things done that need to be done!

Nice house. But it’s crazy that we have to style and dress our home with stuff that won’t be there for the next buyer to entice them to buy it! I just don’t understand how you have to “show” people how to use your house, like they need an instruction manual or something. Then they go ahead and tear everything up anyway!!! It’s crazy.
