I’m glad to see that the birthday gets to open her present all by herself. So many times in larger family videos you see the younger children just ripping open their older siblings gifts and throwing tantrums if not allowed to. Some parents buy and wrap the younger sibling their own present so they won’t be jealous which I think is ridiculous but the worst is I have seen a parent telling the birthday girl to jut give their present to the younger child after they open it and want to play with it. Whatever happened to telling your child no and sticking with it? We were told from baby age that they were not our presents and we had to leave them alone and we did! It makes me sad for the birthday kid who only has that one special day a year, especially in a big family.
