In the months before this series of 'king of mask singer', sohyang was really having a crisis of confidence as she'd been feeling that she wasn't good enough & didn't know if people wanted to hear her anymore. As a compromise she decided to enter the show where she could perform on stage but with the relative safety of been anonymous behind the mask as only 1person on the show knew it was her. Not only did she perform but she was so good that she set the record for the number of weeks as queen/king at 7 ( 8 performances), & the rest is history,since then she's got better & better & every time she releases something new it seems like she's moved up another level, which seems impossible. One thing is for sure, even with a mask, there's no denying that its her,there is only one Sohyang!!! Its staggering that she felt she wasn't good enough,yet the 1st time she gets back on the horse, she's putting in the level of performances that you see before you, AMAZING!!!!
