Great VR Full Body Tracking With JUST a Quest & iPhone!

In today's video, we will be taking a look at PinoQuest. This is an app available to apple devices like the iPhone or iPad that will give you full body tracking for super cheap on quest standalone or even PCVR if you wish to use it on PC. This app uses your phone's camera to track your body movements and throw them into VR. It can connect directly with VRChat on devices like the Quest 2 or Quest pro using OSC tracking. This is one of our easiest methods yet on super cheap full-body tracking! I hope you enjoy :D

What about a video about VRocker? This steam app allows natural locomotion (walking/running on the spot) with no trackers, just headset data. Definitely an app that's been slept on (why haven't Meta created a version for Quest?)

Love the info, you always deliver. Ran into a snag though, every time I start up the app it glitches the body model making it appear and disappear rapidly. I have tried to Uninstall and reinstall, I have also disconnected the app from my network and reconnected it with no progress to fix it. I don't know if it is because I have a slightly older Samsung than current phones or not.

Yeah, I completely agree with you. I wish we could go back to the days when apps didn’t have subscriptions, and instead, one time payments, for a full version. It seems like almost every app nowadays has some kind of subscription based service locking most of the apps content behind it.

For some reason, I can’t calibrate correctly at all when I try to calibrate the dots are mostly everywhere and when I do straighten them up when I click the buttons anytime I try to kick forward sideways, etc. my let’s go behind me

Mysticle I need your help please. I am in the USA, I have a Quest 2 & a PSVR 2. I hardly use the Quest 2 because of the weight (yes I do have a 3rd party replacement head gear) I've been seriously considering getting a Pico 4, which I can get the 128GB for $425 free shipping. I mainly want to use it with DCS World / PCVR & watching streaming content. Is it worth it or should I just wait until October - November when the Quest 3 comes out?

i have the pico and its good but i say wait just a few more months for the quest 3. meta just has WAY more games. the pico is pretty empy and they dont release updates much. I;m gonna sell mine and get a quest 3 when they come out.

This looks alright. When I started I used a kinect. The tracking was not good. But what about having more than one camera? I mean having 2 cameras at different angles should give a lot better tracking. Why is that solution not being used? (afaik)

This has been forwarded to Pino. Since I have a iphone 12 and a ipad pro. But currently Pino is developing android version b4 any other updates. But there should be a way for two cams to feed Virtual motion tracker on pc. And the tracking on pino is better then kinect, can sit jump etc etc. much better :)
