Then and Now: Chris Martin's First & Last Appearances on The Ellen Show

He’s really an incredible soul. I was badly injured in a boat accident and had 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree burns and was hospitalized for a week and on my last day I was visited by a director of the hospital to tell me he was coming to see some kids and the media wouldn’t know he was there and he brought us kids gifts and sang my favorite song for us and chatted. When he was talking to me he leaned onto me and gave me a big hug and made me feel so much better inside especially because I didn’t want to go see him first because of how badly I looked/: he showed me so much grace and I would do anything to see him again and thank him for his kindness to me and the other kids 💜 I’ve wished that for many many years.

I imagine he spoke with other kids privately as well. I'm not trying to downplay her experience whatsoever. I love how many times she made him blush. Their music is one million percent divinely inspired. (not speaking "religiously" but spiritually.) And he just looks like an angel to me. If he suddenly had wings it would not surprise me at all. They also know the importance of color! And you can see this now in their clothes and concerts! Such an inclusive experience!
