Cde. Swartbooi was the only Leader within the Ruling Party that truly represented the poor. He condemned the new Envisaged Parliament Building. He raised pertinent issues like KORA Awards wastage of taxpayer money. He took on the Establishment on pertinent national issues, like Tribalism, Corruption and Elitism. The fact that Swartbooi is no longer in Parliament is a massive loss for Namibia, as he was one of the few articulate and incisive debaters in Parliament. Swartbooi is right that land has to be redistributed fairly, but instead he should focus on the land agenda, and stop preaching tribalism. Focus on land. Focus on land

For your information Swartbooi is not preaching Tribalism!! He is Preaching for the Return of Ancestral Land and Agrarian Reform! How on Earth i that Tribalism?? In South Africa Ancestral Land is being returned to communities that suffered Colonial Land Dispossession through the Land Restitution Act, is this also Tribalism???

Very disappointed in Swartbooi. No doubt he failed to control his anger, and washed his dirty linen in public which is very unprofessional. Firstly, he has been in SWAPO for all these years and yet he only decided to talk now? If Swartbooi is really an honest person, and SWAPO or OPO that bad, as he claims, what has he been doing all this while is OPO, as his calls it. By the way, when did he realise it was OPO? I sense tribalism from Swartbooi here. He surely hates the Vambo people. Secondly, he is contradicting himself by clarifying what his ancestors told him in 1976 to work with the Hereros. How and where would he fit the Vambos (majority) or rather represent Namibia in his so called party, when he clearly does not represent one Namibia. Thridly, the so called Vambo people have led Namibia peacefully and economically not bad either, and am glad he thanked Tate Pohamba, but acted as a hypocrite there. Is Swatbooi capable of leading the country. If Swapo was Opo, he wouldn’t even be talking right now. But it is the same OPO that has made him who he is. I would advise this young man to calm down. Whoever has lied to him that he can be the next president, is lying to him. Perhaps your ancestors made a good decision, to work with the Vambos for good reasons. The Vambos have weaknesses here and there, yes, but the Namaa have too. My advise is, Namibia wants a leader who can unite the country and not divide us further. One Namibia and One Nation

If I feel the Party is one tribe dominated, does it mean I hate that particular tribe?? Look at the Swapo Party Leadership structures. For example the SWAPO women's council leadership consists of 85% one Tribe. When someone raises this ethnic exclusion, is it Tribalism??? Even President Pohamba use to be very angry with the Party structures lack of diversity in the South. President Pohamba for years has been fighting against the Tribal tendencies of the Swapo... Swartbooi is merely highlighting these issues to the public! Please do some research on the Ruling party and come back with informed comment. Thank you and God bless Namibia

dongontt OPO is always going to remain OPO. Tribalism is started by Sam Nujoma and Pohamba. They thought they will go around discriminating against other people. Swapo's dna is to practise tribalism

U hv made a point swartbooi is wrong by saying tht swapo belongs to ovambo , it does't make sense as he was a memeber or was he a vambo during tht period , if he becomes a president he wil only create hate among th nation
