As a goalie i would say try to move more of your body into the place where the shot was For example: if they shot to the right try to move your body to the right side of the net instead of relying on your blocker/trapper

I just started playing ball hockey as a goalie and ive learnd so far that if you move your chest towards the shot it makes it way easier to make a save and im a bit of a smaller guy so i stand up more and that also helps

as a goalie who plays junior c. The only tip I can give you is always moved your body with your gloves. So instead of you moving just your blocker, moved you chest and blocked if that makes sense. Also when going from post to being ready for the save, your head should be the first thing to move followed by your body then your feet.

At 8:49 try doing a shoulder check when he’s below the goal line so you know where all the players are above in the slot area, that way you don’t need to have a desperation save when he passes from below

Most beginner goalies will only be able to use their dominant leg to get up or push off with, so just being able to push with both legs gives a pretty big advantage, thats my tip

As a goalie who has been using sense arena for over a year, you need more space. Maybe move your couch 90 degrees to against the stairs and calibrate your net to be just on that back wall and the top of your crease half way between that wall and your tv. That way you are able to go to the top of the crease to challenge shooters.

I can't see your eyes, so I'm not sure how helpful this tip is, but try tracking the puck with your whole head and not just following with your eyes. Your head should always be pointing at the puck. Along with that, your head shouldn't be moving freely as much. You should always make sure your hips are square to the shooter. Head and hips forward at all times. It's definitely easier to get those smooth transitions on skates though, so keep that in mind as well. Other than that, good job :)
