the defendent got faveur in judgement in a partition suit we are 6 in familly brothers and sisters and after the judgement a advocate was appointed as court commissioner to divide the suit properties as per the terms of prelimenary decree . in that IA THE defendant who got favour in judgement i 2018 was set exparte in 2021 (reason called absent set exparte) in the month of occtober 2021 , this month december i came to know about my ex parte ,i am having a advocate , is it good for me or bad for me ? what must i do to enter the case or leave as it is , must i belive in judgement ..and what is important in a suit - judgement, or prelimnary,or final decree ?

Sir I have a simple question.What is the need of two different concepts judgment and decree in civil suit?Why not only decree or only judgment?As the final decision is given in both decree and judgment.In criminal there is only judgment and judgment is impleted.

Sir u/s 2(2)(a) cpc it is defined that decree shall not include any adjudication from which an appeal lies as an appeal from an order but you said all decree are appealable But all orders are not appealable how?

Sir, there is a question In the Ex-parte Decree adjudication doesn't take place then why we call it a decree while the main compartment of adjudication is missing, court hears only one party, not both parties in conflict.
