Dear Brother Umar, you are doing an excellent job. You have made the legal understandings (student level) very very easy. In General Clauses Act 1897, you forgot to add an amendment made in 1997 by inserting a very important Section 24A under which many Writ Petitions are decided with directions to the authorities to issue a Speaking Order. Really happy to hear you talking about fake barristers. Its really hardwork to do Bar-at-Law and go on to get a pupillage which is super-competitive. It is easy to check from the Bar standard board's (BSB) website to the authenticity of assertions made by individuals in Pakistan. It makes me feel slightly bad when people with simple LLMs or other law diplomas call themselves barristers. In addition, BSB reserves the right to take legal action against those fake barristers. Finally, its against the profession ethics to mislead others about your actual status but who gives a damn in Pakistan?

Agar A book mai B book ka reference dia gaya hay aur B book repeal hogayi hay aur ab os ka naam C book hogaya hay, tou A book mai jo B book ka hawala hay osay C book ka hawala tasawoor kia jayega.
