Sir Section 30 Magistrate 7 Sall tak punishment they sakta hai, so minimum sentence 7 sal walay offence section 30 Magistrate trial karay gaa unless Specifically prohibited as defamation offence

I had an opportunity to go through your lecture. Overall it was quite good and informative but you mentioned that Federal Shariat Court is a special Court which is incorrect abinitio. plz correct your record FSC is not special Court rather a Constitutional Court having original, appellate, revisional and review jurisdictions (Chapter 3-A of Constitution of Pakistan starting from Article 203-A. It ranks itself as a second highest court of the country as its decisions are even binding upon all High a courts and courts subordinate to High Courts.
