Hot water bottles at the end of your bed for turndown service sounds amazing. Every hotel should do that :) I'm not much of a vegan eater but the vegan ravioli looked so good. Alpaca steak!? I wouldn't be able to do it but I get it - you gotta try it while you're there. I'm staying where you guys stayed at when I visit Cusco for sure.

Your video brought back so many beautiful memories for me. I spent some time in Cusco and I always remember dearly of it. I stayed in San Blas as well, up the hill. You found some pretty cool restaurants, especially the Marcelo. Have you been to the local market as well? It was my favorite place for local food such as lomo saltado.

Damn! Peru is one of my dream destinations. Are there many tourists all the time like this? Because then it is going to turn into a nightmare for me. I loved the way you have shot the entire video. The train ride reminded me of this train ride called TranzAlpine that I took in New Zealand. :)

Thanks for the kinds words Dan! For the voiceover we're using an Audio-Technica dynamic microphone straight into FCPX. It seems to do a pretty good job compared to some other mics we've tested with. Thanks for watching!

I fell asleep on the train ride back from Mach Piccho. Cusco is so cute, wasn't a fan of all the steep climbs though. I didn't try alpaca while there, although I did have cuy. What did you think of it?
