My heart is breaking, as so many others no doubt. I lost it with tears as Kelli lost it, being so blessed as she sang. At one point, she looked like an angel singing. We have lost a family that words can't describe, but there's no doubt that there is a massive reunion going on in heaven ❤

I used to enjoy watching Amber as a young girl in The Gaither Home Coming Videos as she sat among the grown up singers absorbing and enjoying their music while trying to sing along; then she grew into a beautiful young lady with an equally beautiful voice and I thought we'd hear her for a long time! But God has other plans and now she's gone too soon along with her husband, mom, dad and friends. Our loss but heaven's gain! RIP. May God bless you and comfort you Autumn and use you for His Glory!

4:40 pm 7/27/04.... This a.m., as I fixed my coffee, I was singing The Goodness of God as they sing it, and looked at FB and a friend had posted this horrific news. I've cried off and on since then grieving over Autumn losing her family. What a huge loss for her and her soon to be born baby. Praying for you, Autumn, the remainder of family and ALL The Gaither Family singers. I was so excited that I'd be seeing and hearing Y'all with The Gaithers on Dec.6 in Benton, LA.

This hits differently with what happened this weekend, but the song has always been very special to me. Rusty Goodman was a giant inspiration to me. His grandkids became very good friends of mine, and Amber also became an extremely good friend of mine. It’s interesting to hear Jason sing this because for several years they did a lot of work with Mike English, who would do it in his solo concerts and you can tell that Jason listen to Mychal do this hundreds of times and is basically copying a lot of what he did. It’s amazing stuff.
