More than 90% of Indian families get milk delivered to home evry mrng in India. A family of four will spend minimum 3000- 4000 evry month on milk and vegetables. If govt can create tech and physical infra co ordinating with farmer co-operative societies, we can bring significant changes to farmer incomes and create huge employment. Adaptation also wont be a problem as most of India is using smartphones now. And most importantly blinkit/zepto cannot enter this market is extremely price sensitive and they cannot beat farmers on price. Open for opinions.

Customer experience decides if a company lasts or perishes. If govt runs something customer Experience is gonna be Zero. Ur idea is theoretically good. Practically impossivle

If the government starts something like a big basket, their attitudes will be like they are giving this for free. There will not be any customer support team. You can order something and hope it will get delivered in a week, 😁. Trust me I was a BSNL user for the past 10 years and finally I gave up and switched to Jio fiber. I know at least some percentage of people will always look for better support and peace of mind 💗 rather than cost effectiveness

Every time I abandon b basket and switch to blinkit is when I see there is no choice of milk in b basket. Blinkit sells 5-7 types and brands of milk. So I abandon 500-600 worth of cart on b basket and switch to blinkit....for 70-80 rs milk
