Sadly Congress still hasn't got the plot and the worse (and even more depressing) part is that they are in denial. So if ED CBI ITD is all it takes to break the back if the parties then that means that the looters are again going to be back on the chair.. by hook and even more by crook. What a sorry state of affairs for the citizens of our country.. no media, no opposition and judiciary is all but sold out and sometimes even that. (Now they would file a contempt notice on me and Amit would do to me.. what he did to Brijgopalji Loya. Totally disregarding, sidelining and even letting go of the older generation stalwarts hasn't been the best of the decisions taken by various parties. Now almost all are under 50 years of age or thereabouts. Imagine what would happen if coalition governments have to be formed. Would one let the other be rhe head of the government in such coalitions (where the maturity of the older generation is not there)?

It had been a while since I saw a journalist and a politician talk so graciously, respecting each other without anger, hurting sentiments, or degrading other parties. Hats off to News Laundry and News Minute for keeping journalism alive. Also, hats off to Mr. Srinivasan Jain for being a great journalist and asking the right questions, and to Mrs. Priyanka Gandhi for answering all the questions with grace and dignity.

That was a contributing factor to the BJP coming to power.
