Hey Marcelo, I was doing my research on Journey Man and your video popped up. I've had a sample for a year and didn't like it at first but have revisited the fragrance 3 times since. Awesome video, Marcelo. From Amouage I own Refl Man and Epic Man, but I am selling Epic Man to raise funds for Journey Man. I find that I much prefer spicy fragrances over earthy fragrances. Epic Man is good, but Journey Man is more me.

I really love Epic Man; but as you've just mentioned it is a lot more 'green/earthy'; whereas the spicy, tobacco note in Journey Man is Pure Magic💫...good to hear from you Kjetil

I bought this also on a blind buy, (UK version) and was very happy with it. I have others from Oman, not sure if there is a difference between the two. Love it either way. DO you know the difference by any chance. Thanks.

Hey @Shadow Wolf, so here’s my disclaimer….I’m personally not a big fan of blind buying. It scares me way too much as these fragrance’s are not cheap and what smells awesome to me, might not really work for you. Also Amouage is a House that use’s particular incense notes (sourced locally in Oman) that can sometimes be a bit intense. I have it and it was a blind purchase (I don’t know what I was thinking). My bottle says made in the UK my other three Amouage fragrances are made in Oman. 🤔🤷‍♀️ The opening was not pleasant but after a few minutes turned sweet. Not bad but not sure it’s worth its cost. Not sorry with my purchase but definitely try it before buying it . 🙃

This is the wonderful Elephant God, Ganesha….he’s my ‘Journey’ companion. In the Hindu religion he is worshipped as the god for new beginnings and new ventures. I thought he was fitting for this video (I bought this in Mumbai from an art gallery….love this painting)
