met him randomly one day skating SPOT by myself at 12 or 13 maybe with my mom waiting in the car, told him A time to shine was my first video, and thanks for getting me into The Guess Who (burton Cummings is a god he wrote American Woman) and he couldn’t have been more kind “oh do you skate here a lot” “how long you been skating” “it’s good to start young” encouraged me to land the kickflip I was trying then went about his day smiling and nollie heeling Into the dock to bank. had to be 2006-07.

I moved to long beach for a while from Oregon and I would skate all over lbc all day because I would just find spot after spot . Then I came across a diy spot that would become my destination for the next couple weeks called LB free and I ended up getting to see Danny Montoya , Chad Tim Tim , Rob g . Leo romero showed up with a squad once , it was such a rad place . I will remember that forever . Thanks to everyone who made the LB free diy spot , it created one of my most favorite moments In my life as a skater .

It's a tough one forsure. We turn Kellys mic down you can't hear him talk. Guest's move away from the mic and thats tough too. Probably if we did 1 episode a month we could really dial and finesse the audio in post, but we just don't have that luxury or the manpower. It's rough

The Sheep shoes (The Merino) Chad was referring to were Guy's when he switch shove crooks in Mouse (the ender along with some other clips too!) and it happened to be the one pair shared between him, Mike York and Keenan which Mike mentioned in his video too. It's amazing to realize that the only reason why I even bought that pair back then was the exact same pair I saw on 3 pro skaters. Great episode guys!

CR is not an OG. OG requires authenticity, but Chris just always playing the role man. No OG, in no way. He needs to just not talk for like a solid year, like a talking fast. Then he’ll come back and just be rad and humble and won’t talk about himself as much… if he stopped talking for a year, when he started again in year 2, he might a better person at life. I know, I’m obsessed with this, but nine club just needs a different host. The end.
