Kelly Hart is such a humble, nice, and chill dude. Definitely one of the realist skaters of all time like Mike Mo. I remember getting to meet him at an E’S signing, and they came to skate our local skatepark after. He, and some other pros (I forgot who else) took a picture with my homies.

Its amazing Mike can still skate at a good level these days, i tore my mcl/ligament in my left knee about 4 years ago and from that alone skating has never been the same, it feels so awkward and slightly painful just doing simple flip tricks like a kickflip, 360 flip etc and i could never imagine even trying to ollie like a 10 stair as any real pressure on my left leg causes it to just give out due to such a sharp pain in my knee due to the torn ligament, in comparison Mike absolutely fcked up his knee and tore like every ligament, crazy he can even skate as well as he still does

Low heart rate would not result from a bleed. If you bleed, you're blood pressure start to decrease. Blood pressure is cardiac output X vascular resistance. Cardiac output is stroke volume (amount of blood pushed out of heart in one beat) X heart rate. So if blood pressure decreases, pulse has to increase to help maintain desirable blood pressure range. He may have had a low resting heart rate from being an elite athlete at the time. Morphine can also decrease heart rate.

When I was 13 a couple of the older dudes from my neighborhood took me out dirt biking. They wrecked into each other and the one guy’s leg was just like that. He was also in a coma for about a month. I lost my interest in motocross after that.
