The musical terms for the low notes is Dramatic Contralto and it is not below Base, Base is for men what Dramatic Contralto is for Women, they are analog terms. The singing with many voices term is polyphonic it comes from the Greek word Polyphony which mean literally "many voices" Do her duet with Brandon Stone singing "The day you..." the you will not only see her reach these really really high notes that you think she can not reach but i think that she will blow your minds because you will realize that she clearly has no limits.

Yes Diana Ankudinova won that episode, well... she tied first place with Mark Tishman. After the 9 week duration of the series Diana won overall on points with 4 first placings. As another commenter said, check out "The Day You...", she nails very high notes as well.

Diana can hit _very_ high notes, even going above soprano top C6, when the song calls for it! To hear her doing so, you should react to e.g. her magnificent performance of "The Day You," live in duet with the great Brandon Stone. It was given in a celebration concert last new year, and is posted on her main channel.

To answer your question if she can hit high high notes….and your “this was high for her and she can’t hit oh my God notes” statement,you can answer your own question by listening to her song “the day you” or her opera rendition of “fly away on the wings”. The scepticism is understandable when you consider normal voice categories, but fortunately Diana does not possess a normal voice by a long shot.Also to take it even further, there is a difference between hitting a note and sustaining a note. Which one can she do of these high high high notes you will be able to answer yourself on these 2 songs

Oh yes she can hit those high notes. The experience of listening to her own song The Day You..... was performed this past new years. It's a duet on a grand stage with Brandon Stone, composer of the song for Diana. She sings into the soprano range often now. I won't spoil just how high she goes but will say it's into the 6th octave. It's impressive as all get out. Good luck.

Greetings from Scotland! This was in a contest/show which ran for 9 weeks, every Saturday night, called "ShowMASKGoOn" (ШоуМАСКгоон) back in late 2021. This song is a very, very old Russian folk song about a young Cossack who has a strange dream on the night before a big battle. In his dream he rides out onto the battlefield as an evil wind springs up from the East, spooking his horse and blowing off his hat. Confused, he goes to see his commanding officer and asks what the dream could mean. The Captain (Yesaul) explains that it was not his hat which blew off, but his head! Gruesome stuff! 😲😲

Si quieres ver hasta donde llega su rango vocal en lo alto y disfrutar de una hermosa canción, escrita para ella por Brandon Stone y cantada justamente con él a dúo, deberías escuchar "El día que tú..." También existe una versión de estudio solo letra, donde ella hace las dos voces, cualquiera de las dos te dejarán 😳, recomiendo reaccionar la que está en vivo y con Brandon, no te arrepentirás 🙂

Yes you are right about her low low Bass tone, but I think even Bass singers (who assumed to be men) can't produce such rich low tone! Maybe it's better to use the right word for Dee's voice which is true contralto, but not just true or dramatic contralto, but the best and strongest true contralto voice of the world and history.
