That’s not auto tune. Auto tune is used to correct the voice. The filter used is for make the voice more robotic. Kylie has a high pitch voice but they used a filter to make it more robotic in a way. But all the 3 singers have that robotic filter. Auto tune is other thing

Autotune can be used to give a robotic effect similar to a vocoder or a harmonizer. Remember Cher’s ‘Believe’? That’s all autotune. Autotune can be a good instrument, yet its name gives it a stigma and is almost a dirty word and people denying it’s used when it is adds to that stigma.

they all use it, its insane to think they dont, iv heard kylie live. its amazing but it different. kylie has a unique voice its very nasal, but she is good. but lets all not say she is amazing.

This was film at syon house,syon park, Brentwood London. It's home to the 12th duke of Northumberland. Originally built 1547-1552 Part of it is open to the public and is used for occasions, weddings and film/tv like bridgerton. In the corridor you'll notice kylie and the dancers aren't wearing their heels. This means that part of the house isn't open to the public and they have been allowed to use it as ling as they protect the very old carpet. They all had effect on their voices. Kylie's register will always be a bit higher cause she's so petite and therefore has small lungs,voicebox. She always dances but will obviously do less than backing dancers cause she does the singing. She always sings live at her concerts and tv performances.

Let's put it this way, today auto-tune is an element that sells, the human ear has become accustomed to the multi-tracked voice. It's the zeigeist, digitalization, AI, robotics... beyond the fact that an artist knows how to sing, to sell, she will have to use this resource. Today, in the era of filters, the natural causes repulsion to the masses. The beautiful thing is that Kylie's fandom knows that she sings live, won't be Celin, won't be Mariah, won't be Maria Calas, but she has a worthy voice range to leave those of us who saw her live hypnotized.
