I really appreciate how much Noel knows when to joke and when to go back to being genuine. Like at 1:39 when Jake was a little upset about his intro and Noel instantly reassures him with "Nah I'm just joking with you, man". It would've been so easy for someone as playful as Noel to punch down but he chose to be nice instead. And cemented ir further at 3:21 by complimenting Jake with "You counted yourself out too early, bro. Look at you! You're in there." King
