The stuff with the weather is really funny because Endeavor was constantly obsessed with him or his children surpassing All Might. And as we know, All Might was able to change the weather with a punch. The combined heat of Shoto, Touya, and Endeavor accomplished that goal. The board has truly been flipped. Everyone bet everything on Spinner. Spinner wanted to reach Shigaraki and help him. He wanted to be by his side. Shigaraki, who accepted him for who he was. Shigaraki, who never treated his members differently for their quirks. Twice arguably had one of the stronger quirks on the team for a while. But Shigaraki never forced him to use it because he understood his trauma. He fought side by side with his friends in MVA. That's the person Spinner wanted to reach. The one who he felt gave him a voice. A fellow gamer. And Kurogiri leapt into action. Touya and Toga coming together is devastating for the heroes. Toga is marching on with Twice's parade. Hawks specifically went after Twice first in the previous war because he was too much. Infinite clones of himself and other people. And he can use the quirks of other people too. Burnin and Shoto both wonder how Touya is still fighting. Dabi said, whether they smile or cry, tomorrow will come anyway. So they should smile and be the ones with the last laugh. Well, the villains are definitely smiling now.

Looks like the power of friendship won in the end! Although it wasn’t in the way some were expecting. It wasn’t Present Mic’s love for his friend that ended up getting Kurogiri involved. Nah, it was the mutual love for Tomura that tipped the scales of the battle.

For twice, the doubles that are created by other clones are more fragile and the clones from those are more fragile and so on. But all clones are the same strength when it comes to attack power so they are like regular 30 year old humans when you get hit.
