Yeah, Ushiwakamaru was the childhood name of the warrior, his later name that made him a legend was something else tho, pretty sure it's Minamoto no Yoshitsune.

To explain for you guys what they meant when they called Shiratorizawa as "Incomplete team" vs "Complete team" Like Aoba Josai. Aoba Josai is the most balance in term of offense and defense and they have the most flexible strategy in gama cuz they always adjust their tactics. Meanwhile, Shiratorizawa is mainly for their offense and their tactics is very simple and predictable but they are so dominant that it does not matter, they also do not change their tactics as much as Aoba josai

Pro and adult volleyball matches normally go for 5 sets, so it's actually the norm. In Japan, high school vb only goes up to 3 except for tournament finals, probably for stamina and time constraints (national tourneys have 50+ teams and 5 or 6 elimination rounds, so it could take forever if each match had 5 sets).

Small note: This comes up a lot with reactors. They think it goes high school > college > pro. However, the USA is one of the few countries were you need to wait some years after high school to go pro. Other countries are completely fine putting kids fresh out of high school in their pro teams. Mbappé from France is probably the most salient example of modern times. He participated in the fifa world cup at 19. Not the sub-anything world cup. The actual one.

The thing is in Usa schools are pretty much sport businesses. Elsewhere in school you study, and people who likes sports or are good at them simply go to gyms and sport associations. I mean I started playing at 12, outside the school. There are 16 years old kids that make debut in the top leagues in the world in any sport, just because the two things are unrelated
