There inscriptions 1500 years ago with the date in Kali Yuga. It is literally history. Can't substantiate it as Mythology. Look at the Chalukya inscriptions, Chola inscriptions, they all mention that day's date and subtractacting that year with the Western date of it gives the Kali Yuga's Gregorian date of 3102 BC.

Have seen the movie. The first half is far overstretched, but after the intermission "fasten your seatbelt and sit on the edge of your seat". Ashwatthama (by Amitabh Bachhan) steals the show. AB proofs to be the world's most Amazing and versatile actor. You can see that it's AB, but you will engage the character he interpretes. Some of his action sequences were so natural rendered at a level unmatched till date.

Ashwatthama was actually cursed by Shree Krishn because he killed the children of Pandvas while they were sleeping and also killed the child of Uttara and abhimanyu ( Daughter-in-law and Son of Arjuna) After knowing that Shree krishn cursed ashwatthama and he also took his gem from him.. cursed him with immortality of dieases and suffering until the last avatar of Krishn comes... I just watched it and its insaneeee!!!!! Guys do watch it it theatres. Its made for theatre experience. The last 30 mins of the film is so good. My mind is completely blown. Prabhas, Amitabh, Dipika everyone has played their role so well but Kamal Hassan deserves standing ovation. He totally embodied the role. Director Nag Ashwin deserves all the praise. its 10/10 for me.

Just finished watching this movie on Amazon Prime. It’s an acquired taste, and something to watch if you have nothing much else to watch late at night to pass the time to sleep.
