Imma be real with you guys, OPM is a series that focuses a lot more on the side characters/heros rather than on Saitama. If the series would focus more on One hit KO god that is Saitama, then the series would be extremley boring. Thats why the community (and even the writers) love and focus a lot more on the non-mains like the S ranks, Mumen, Garou, Sonic and so on. So dont get too hung up on not seeing Saitama in action every episode.

Dávid Štulajter yeah there were a lot of times that I cheered for the “villains” as a kid. Sometimes I’d just think it wasn’t fair how some heroes decide what’s right and what’s not. There were a lot of “villains” that were just trying to help or that were doing what they were doing for a valid reason. Take Kratos from god of war as an example. Sure he’s a villain, but he has a good reason to be one. I don’t remember who it was, but this one time as a kid I read a comic series and the main villain was a universal guy (he could destroy a universe) that was fighting the whole universe so the whole universe would unite to beat him. Eventually it didn’t work because the hero beat him. Sure he “saved” the universe but in the end the universe was still divided and in near universe war.

To be fair, Kratos is an antihero rather than a villain. On a side note, the comic you described sounds pretty much like Thanos and the inifinity gauntlet. The comics are quite different from the movies. It also reminds me of watchmen but that wasn't a universal conflict.
