Cindy is a more recurring character in the original comic strip. This episode actually returns her to form so to speak, as comic Cindy was friends with the boys along with being a huge wigga.
@piusdoe89848 ай бұрын
Really? Ah man waste to not have her more. I always laugh when she on screen
@justinbent93208 ай бұрын
I think she was more obsessed with Black people/cultures and treated the boys and especially Jasmine as an oddity to marvel at. She sure as hell wasn’t quoting Beanie Sigel in the comic strip lol
@DDarkestKnight8 ай бұрын
"Friend" is doing alot of work there. The most wigga thing about her was her favorite rapper being Snoop Dogg. Outside of that she was just another innocently ignorant white person in Woodcrest.

I love shows with this almost hey Arnold running cast. Eps where all cast are in it you get some great writing if the characters are creative and world fleshed out. Loved shows like recess and South Park for this. Some shows fail as the cast is dry and not too exciting though. Doug side cast is kinda one note for example still fun though

Fun story, I was living in the Boston suburbs back in the mid 90s and had a school fundraiser to sell something, but not anything I carried product for. So one day I walked over to my buddy's house about 15 minutes away, and took the paperwork with me. I picked an apartment at random as I got near my buddy's house and a teen my age opened the door. I gave my spiel, and he pulled a gun on me and demanded all my money. The gun had a laser aim assist on it, and he had that bad boy trained directly on one of my eyes as all I could see was the red of the laser. I desperately tried to convince him I had no money on me and this was the first house I had stopped at. He didn't believe me, but thankfully his older brother (cousin?) walked to the door to see what was up, and freaked out on the kid "that thing's loaded!" "I know!" during which time the gun stopped being trained on me, and I took the opportunity to get the fuck outta there.

It’s funny how the company that animated for this turned down animating for Korra at first due to this being easier on the animators when this season has tons of great animation. Like that chocolate Star Wars boy reference. That spin animation is harder than non artist think. Also the fights this season. Korra is still harder due to it using too many frames to keep it fluid so i guess it makes sense. Animators have pride though and they helped with Korra anyway for fear the seasons animation stunk and people blamed them if they didn’t help lol. Strange. Reminds me that jjk season 2 animators care about breaks but overall they really love making impressive animation regardless of studio. It’s not that they hate work they just need time to do it and time to work their creativity.

I sold so much chocolate that I won a mongoose bike. And they had to bring me in to find out if I got the money through legitimate means. I told them straight up that I got my aunt to take me to nice neighborhoods. And I'd sell the 1 dollar bars for 3. By saying someone sold these bars 3 years ago, and it was enough for my family to be moved out of Poland, that by selling these bars I could do the same for someone else. And I used that money to buy more and then sell them for the entire month. I sold 1200 bars. Pocketed 1800. My mom tanned my hide. But she still took me to Walmart to get that mongoose. And I had a real metal chain on that bike. The official prize that I won was a little booklet with coupons in it for Pizza Hut. For like two months worth of medium pizzas. Someone eventually stole my bike and tried to spray paint it black. But I got 7 aunts and hella cousins. So we found it. Jumped them and got it back. If Alberto ever sees mention of this. I want him to know that I can still throw hands, and I'd whoop that trick again.
